Observation

Cleaners were seen in several places. Clorox wipes were seen accessible to the children in the St helens classroom under the sink with out a lock on the door. Other cleaners were stored in the staff room and the door on the classroom side is not locked. Lotion labeled keep out of reach of children was located on the classroom counter, accessible to children. 3/1/24- the lotion was removed.
